Lindsay began her career in residential property management in 2005 with Roger Cox & Associates Property Management in Albuquerque, NM. She advanced in 2012 to Vice President of Property Management, a position she maintained for 5 years. During her 12 years with Roger Cox her duties included daily management and over site of multi-family communities with over 1000 units, Homeowners Associations with more than 700 homes and Commercial Property Management with a portfolio of 12 properties, ranging from retail, warehouse, office and business condo-associations. Her responsibilities included hiring and over site of employees at multiple properties, managing and negotiating service contracts and vendors, tenant relations, over site of regular maintenance to include preventative maintenance, reconstruction and updating units, enforcement of governing documents and developing annual budgets.
She received her New Mexico Associate Brokers license in 2012 and advanced to a Qualifying Broker in the State of New Mexico in 2018.
