We provide this service by close communication with our clients while being emphatic to our homeowners overall expectations. We have extensive experience in overseeing vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed per each clients standards and the contract. 

Commercial Property Management: Marigold Management Services works diligently with each owner/investor to ensure financial goals are being met while striving to add value for both the owners of the property and tenants. Marigold Management Services also provides routine monthly property inspections and focuses on preventative maintenance in order to maintain value for our owner’s investment.

Commercial Property Management Services include:

· Accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting to ensure financial stability along with a detailed property report that will give our owners a snapshot of the daily occurrences over the past month and upcoming lease expirations. This tool will keep our owners well informed of enforcement/compliance issues as well as a detailed account of the financial status of the property. All year-end financial information will be delivered to owner’s desired CPA for tax preparation.
